I am based in Suzhou, China. I regularly cover Kunshan, Taicang, Changshu, Wuxi, and Shanghai. For other cities (Ningbo, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, etc.), I can discuss travel costs and scheduling. I do not claim to cover all of China.
Reports are delivered via WhatsApp, email, or a shared cloud folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). They include timestamped photos, raw video files, GPS coordinates, and a written summary. You receive everything within 24 hours of task completion.
Yes. All communication is in English. Reports are written in English. Phone calls to Chinese suppliers are conducted in Chinese, but the transcript and summary are provided in English.
If a factory refuses entry, I document the exterior, signage, and surrounding area. I photograph the gate, the building, and any company name visible. I record the refusal and note the time. This is still valuable information. You are only charged for the work completed.
